Online learning: courses & free video lectures for neonatal health professionals
Courses in the area of Baby Loss (Maternity and Neonatal) are available for free to UK email addresses including NHS - please register on the NHS Learning Hub first. These courses have been developed with a multi-disciplinary team, based on BAPM frameworks, and endorsed by multiple professional and advocacy organisations including Sands, Bliss, BMFMS, ARC, Twins Trust, Footprints Baby Loss, GFCNI and many more. CPD certificates for 2-4 hours are available on completion.
ESPGHAN created a 12-hour Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Enteral Nutrition in Preterm Infants - after registration with an email you get 4-weeks free access on Future Learn, after which you must pay for continuing access. Since launch we have had >3,000 learners from more than 100 countries join.
In 2027 we anticipate this will be available on the ESPGHAN learning platform, along with a new course on Parenteral Nutrition for Preterm Infants.

The African Neonatal Nutrition Network also have a free 4-hour course available covering the basics of neonatal nutrition focussed on resource limited settings. Register on their website first.
