Health professionals: resources, guidelines and Butterfly cot cards

Free resources and guidelines for Health Professionals: to receive a free copy of our guidelines, powerpoint teaching slides and a brief leaflet please complete the survey below and enter contact details.

Butterfly cot cards: we can send you some sample copies of our Butterfly cot cards. These are best used in conjunction with the guidelines (see above). The cards have a space on the front for parents to write the name of the baby who died, and can be placed on cots or nearby on the baby unit. If you would like to order a stock of Butterfly cot cards these are available at relatively low cost. Please enter your details using this LINK

If you have used the Butterfly project resources please tell us what you think on the butterfly home page. It is important we continue to learn from each other, as staff and parents so please contribute and share your knowledge and experiences. Periodically we will collate the key themes, publish these and use them to adapt the resources. We have no funds to do most of this developmental work so we will try our best to keep up to date. If you put your email details into the RSS feed on the blog page we will let you know when we update the materials and site.
